Operations Challenge

The competitors of the Operations Challenge are the "Managers of Tomorrow". Purpose of the Operations Challenge is to give opportunities for networking and crosstraining. The categories for the competitions are Laboratory, Pumps, Collection System, Process, and Safety. The competitors are willing to take risks and try to expand their horizons. The AWEA sponsers the AR Operations Challenge Team. The requirements to be on the Team are: a Wastewater Operators License and must be a member of AWEA.
